Humility

It’s never easy admitting we are wrong. At some point it dosen’t matter why you disagreed. Just saying I’M Sorry can go along way. Whether its a controling boss or a office friend, never underestimate the power of being a humble even in the face of adversity. Apologize even if the apology isn’t accepted. Work relationships can be difficult. Never allow yourself to sacrifice your integrity. We may not alway agree. We all have flaws. We may not always like one another. Be gracious in times of confusion. Respect is just the minimum. Respect is the minimum required.
